Neither rain nor sleet stopped our 5x5s!

To all those who braved the stormy skies for today's workshop, thank you! This morning, we offered grad students in Columbia's MDP program a short course on camera operation, composition, and audio -- and then, sent them off into a quiet building and even into the rain to shoot video with a few flip cams. They returned, we walked them through iMovie, and they got to work creating impressive (also: hilarious, surprising, creepy) 5x5s, short video stories that look as if they required lots of time and experience.
